The considerable jump represented by this house number may mean there was a typo. Or there may have actually been a gap large enough for 30 houses, but remember it's in MacPherson's numbering system, which means it would have been on the eastern end of the street (on the north side) which is the less likely end of the street to remain unimproved. Until this is cleared up the alignment has been placed at #32.
